Elizabeth Sullivan is a Somatic & Yoga-Ayurveda Therapist, Energy Healer, and Intuitive Coach dedicated to helping people reclaim their innate ability to self-heal. Through the Eilers Method—her unique approach weaving ancient practices of yoga, Ayurveda, and energy medicine with modern somatics and vibrational healing—Elizabeth guides individuals to release blocks, patterns, and traumas that limit their freedom. Her work supports the alignment of body, mind, and spirit, empowering clients to awaken their soul’s mastery, restore vitality, and step into a life of wholeness, sovereignty, and joy.

As a Yoga Therapist, who is SomaYoga Therapy & Ayurvedically Trained, she utilizes lifestyle medicine and routines and integrates a somatic approach (neuromuscular re-education). This allows people, on a physical level, to regain function and form, release pain and gain mobility. Additionally, Elizabeth supports the removal of energetic, mental, emotional, karmic, trauma-based, and ancestral blocks by bringing in the original Divine Human Blueprint.  She also works with a person’s Higher Self and soul to clear the past and optimize the future. People gain higher level thinking and feeling states, lighter energy, and happiness to manifest their purpose.
